  •    Vinyasa: A dynamic, improvisational flow designed to challenge mind and body for a deep sense of release. Emphasizing balance, fluidity, and movement, this practice highlights traditional poses and smooth transitions and offers both advanced and basic modifications. All Levels.

  •    Yin: Using long held poses supported by props for complete surrender, this powerful yet subtle practice focuses on deep release of hips, back, and shoulders. Known to be therapeutic for many issues including low back pain, this class is suitable for all levels and perfect for cross training with any other activity.

  •    Yin Fusion: Combining the deep release of yin yoga with the power of vinyasa, this unique practice “slows the flow” to build strength and flexibility. Longer holds and slower transitions allow you to get deep into your “edge”. All Levels.

  •    Yoga Basics: aka “Vinyasa Lite”, this practice focuses on alignment and intention to give the practitioner a solid grounding in “correct” body mechanics for a safe and enjoyable lifelong practice. Traditional poses, basic sequencing, and precise verbal instruction mark this invaluable practice. All Levels, suitable for beginners.

  •    Bandha Board ™: A signature class at Dancing Dragon Yoga, this exclusive prop isolates the elusive mula and uddiyana bandha and trains the practitioner to use them in all asana practice. You will build a functional core strength you never thought possible and the ability to “float” through transitions like a dancer! Bandha boards available for rent or purchase.
