    Arm Balances I: the Basics

    Take the scary  out of arm balances!

    Foundation. Foundation. Foundation! The key to building anything is a good foundation and arm balances are no different. This 2 hour workshop will introduce the fundamentals of building solid arm balances, from hand and shoulder placement to the coordinated core strength required for “lift-off”. We will take apart the elements of crow pose, crane pose, and side crow A and B, so anyone can learn to safely take their practice to an exciting new level!
